Monroe Place Candle Studio is currently UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Due to renovations and updates to our space, all candle workshops at our studio are canceled for May 2026.

Private workshops outside of our studio are still available and can be scheduled for parties, events, and gatherings. Please inquire below for availability and details.

Experience the craft of candle making in this interactive workshop designed for beginners. You’ll learn how to turn simple wax into elegant, scented candles you can proudly take home.

The class begins with the fundamentals, including essential tools, materials, and safe techniques for melting wax.

Then comes the creative fun—pouring and scenting your candles as your designs come to life. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a strong introduction to candle making and handmade candles of your own.

No experience is required—just bring your creativity and excitement!

Host your very own private candle workshop at Monroe Place Candle Co.! Whether it’s a birthday celebration, girls’ night out, team-building event, or family gathering, our workshops are the perfect way to relax, connect, and create something beautiful together.

 We’ll take care of the setup, materials, and cleanup — you just bring your creativity and your favorite people!

**Candle Workshop Contract is mandatory for workshops conducted outside the studio.

  • Group & Pricing

    Group Size: Up to 7 guests

    Price: $40 per person

    Deposit: $50 non-refundable to reserve (applied to your balance)

    Payment: Full balance due 7 days before the event

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to receive a refund

    Light snacks and drinks

    All candle-making materials and instruction

     A goodie bag for each guest (retail value $15)

  • Hosting for work or business?

    We also offer on-site workshops at company or business locations. (8-15 guests)
